Wedding Planning

…that actually feels like help

You have a vision. You just need someone in your corner to bring it to life — without the stress, the guesswork, or the overwhelm. That’s exactly what Fabled is here for.

Hello, I’m Shweta

Certified wedding planner, Toronto-based, and someone who has been exactly where you are. In 2026, I planned my own wedding — and it gave me a whole new level of empathy for every couple I work with. I know what it feels like to be on the other side.

At Fabled, every detail starts with you — your vision, your story, your day.

How we can help…

Planning Consultation

You know you want a beautiful wedding. You just don’t know where to begin.

  • Think of this as having a wedding planner in your corner — without the full-service price tag. We meet one-on-one, work through whatever feels most overwhelming (your budget, your vendor list, your timeline, all of it), and I hand you a clear, confident path forward.

    What’s included:

    •        Dedicated monthly virtual consultation sessions

    •        Budget breakdown and planning timeline

    •        Personalised vendor recommendations

    •        Priority checklist tailored to your wedding date

    •        Follow-up notes and action plan

    •        Unlimited email communication

Month-of Coordination

You’ve done the work. Now let someone else carry it across the finish line.

  • In the final 4–6 weeks before your wedding, I step in, take the reins, and make sure every detail is handled — so that on your wedding day, the only thing on your mind is enjoying it.

    What’s included:

    •        Planning review and vendor contact transfer

    •        Detailed day-of timeline creation

    •        Venue walkthrough and rehearsal coordination

    •        Full vendor confirmation and communication

    •        On-site coordination from getting ready through to the last dance

    •        A dedicated coordinator as your single point of contact

Micro-Wedding & Elopement

Just the two of you — or close to it. Either way, it still deserves a plan.

  • Whether you’re eloping or keeping it under 30 guests, small doesn’t mean simple. I’ll help you build a day that’s completely intentional — the right venue, the right vendors, the right details — without overcomplicating what’s meant to feel personal and easy.

    What’s included:

    •        Budget breakdown tailored to a smaller celebration

    •        Curated vendor recommendations (photographer, officiant, florals, and more)

    •        Venue sourcing and logistics guidance

    •        Planning timeline and priority checklist

    •        Follow-up notes and action plan after each session

    •        Unlimited email communication

Full Planning & Coordination

You want to enjoy your wedding, not spend it managing spreadsheets and vendors.

  • From the first conversation to the last dance, I handle everything. Your budget, your design, your vendors, your timeline — all of it. You show up on your wedding day ready to celebrate, because everything else is already taken care of.

    What’s included:

    •        Full budget creation and management

    •        Wedding design and concept development

    •        Vendor research, recommendations and management

    •        Vendor contract reviews

    •        Complete timeline creation and management

    •        Venue sourcing and walkthroughs

    •        Rehearsal coordination

    •        Full on-site coordination on the wedding day

    •        A dedicated point of contact from start to finish
